What's New?
As flowers bloom and spring arrives each year, we look forward to reopening the Blue Tulip with displays featuring a new selection of Maine-made creations from more than 50 local artists and crafts people. This year, to celebrate our fifth year serving tourists and the people of St. George, we’ve done even more! Our shop has a fresh coat of paint and we’ve added glass storm doors to protect our merchandise and customers from rain, wind and colder weather.
Here’s a sampling of the new items we’ll be featuring when we reopen our doors for the 2013 season:

Designs by BDB has created, just for us, wooden trays & keepsake boxes, and wire breadbaskets featuring Port Clyde and Tenants Harbor nautical charts and images of Marshall Point Lighthouse. No other shop will have these pieces! - Lavender
Sachets & Pillows (Tenants Harbor, ME)
White linen lavender-scented sachets & pillows made and filled with lavender buds by the Blue Tulip and hand-painted by Pat Towle, our Port Clyde neighbor and friend. - Felted Purses by Little Shop of Purses (Rockport, ME)
Colorful one-of-a-kind, custom-made, wool felted handbags and shoulder bags by crafter Terry Hare. She designs her own patterns, knits and felts every piece of wool used in creating her unique bags. - Baskets

Hand-woven, hand-colored baskets, large and small, for display or to hold fruit, dried flowers, balls of yarn, or...whatever you wish! We will also have note cards featuring some of Sylvia’s beautiful watercolor paintings. - Tote Bags by Trillium Totes (Windham, ME)
